- How does billing work?
- Choose monthly or annual when you subscribe. Annual plans are billed once per year at 20% off — the equivalent of two months free. Prices are in USD.
- What happens during the free trial?
- Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial. A card is required to begin so you can continue seamlessly when the trial ends. You will not be charged until the trial period is over.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from billing settings and your plan stays active through the end of the current billing period. No long-term contracts.
- Can I change plans later?
- Upgrade or downgrade whenever you need. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle, or immediately when you upgrade mid-cycle with prorated charges.
- What is included in every paid plan?
- Campaigns, lead lists, Unibox, analytics, and AI sequence writing (on paid tiers). Limits for inboxes, leads, and monthly sends scale with Starter, Growth, and Scale.
- Are emails sent for real today?
- Not yet. Outfleet simulates campaign launches and Unibox replies so you can operate the full workflow. Real Gmail/SMTP delivery is on the roadmap — the product UI already marks this clearly as demo mode.
